This page explains our practices in plain language and is being finalized with legal counsel. It isn't a substitute for a signed service agreement — if anything here matters for a decision you're making, contact us at info@blactec.ug first.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share with us — for example, your name, email, phone number and message when you use the "Get a quote" form, or whatever you tell us over a phone call, email or WhatsApp chat. This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers or cookies to profile visitors.
How the quote form works
Submitting the form on this site opens your own email application with your details prefilled, addressed to info@blactec.ug. Nothing is stored on a BlacTec server when you fill it in — your message is sent from your own inbox once you hit send, the same as emailing us directly.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, provision services you order, and provide support. We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy practices. Where we provision or manage services on your behalf — hosting, domains, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, GCP, Azure or AWS — those platforms process data under their own respective terms.
Your choices
Email info@blactec.ug any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it.
