Using this website
blactec.ug is published by BlacTec Technologies Ltd. ("BlacTec", "we", "us") to describe our web hosting, domain, cloud and managed IT services. Content on this site is for general information — pricing, plan details and availability shown here are indicative and can change; we confirm exact terms when you place an order.
Ordering services
Requesting a quote through this site doesn't itself create a contract. A service begins once we've confirmed the scope and price with you and you've accepted it — by email, invoice acceptance, or a signed agreement, depending on the service.
Domains
Domain registrations depend on availability with the relevant registry at the time of purchase, not at the time this site's domain checker shows a result (see the notice on the domain search tool). Domain ownership and renewal are subject to the policies of the registry for that extension (e.g. .ug, .com).
Acceptable use
Hosting, email and cloud services must be used in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this website belong to BlacTec Technologies Ltd. unless otherwise credited. Client logos shown on this site are used with permission to identify businesses we work with.
Liability
We aim for the uptime and service levels described on this site, but nothing here overrides the specific service level terms in your order confirmation or agreement with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
